Come one, come all! Welcome to your new source of quality Northeast LA news, entertainment and musings. We’ll give you our perspective on NELA and LA real estate, architecture, design, land-use issues, and anything at all we find beautiful, ugly, or interesting in our local environment.

We are an office of agents, architects, designers, fathers, mothers, musicians, and even a former neighborhood council president. We speak English, Spanish, Turkish, Russian – hailing from locales of Los Angeles, Hawaii, Istanbul, and Uzbekistan. We are a diverse group that lives, works, plays and breathes LA. We call it home.

We want the best for our neighborhoods. We are working to preserve their histories and adding to their cultural legacies. We renovate our historical buildings so our children can have local pride like we do. We revitalize houses and storefronts because disused and dilapidated spaces do not make for healthy and proud communities. We will help foster a culture that sees families and individuals of any type able to enjoy and be productive in these neighborhoods. We invite anyone into our neighborhood who wants the same.
